Clay target shooting is one of the most popular and fastest growing of all the target sports enoyed all over the world by sports people today. The firearm used is a "shotgun" with "clay" targets 100mm in diameter and 20mm thick. These are launched by the "thrower" at consistent speeds and varying angles, providing the three clay target disciplines of ":Down the line", "Skeet", and "Sporting Clays" a most challenging target. Come and try your skill...

Many Competitions are staged each year.One such competition is an  event held in March each year and features the "Warwick Challenge Shield"

Mission Statement

To provide modern, up to date facilities and equipment to the people of Toowoomba and district and visitors to the clubAustralian Flag for the enjoyment of clay target sport. To encourage youth to take up the sport and to promote the sport in every way possible.


Membership is open to people of both gender. The minimum age is 11 years. There is no upper age limit.

There are four age categories in clay target sport. These are Open; Lady; Veteran; and Junior. Different joining fees are attached to each membership so if you are a junior, (which is under 18) for instance your joining fee will be lower than that of an an open membership. view current fees.
